Akretic is engineered for strict data sovereignty. We retain only the minimal operational data required for B2B inquiries, and we NEVER use visitor telemetry or manually shared pilot evaluations to train probabilistic foundational models.
All data generated during pilot engagements remains the sole property of the deploying institution and is subject to contractual data handling agreements. Akretic does not aggregate, resell, or utilize pilot data for any purpose outside the scope of the authorized evaluation.
The Akretic Engine is designed for sovereign, air-gapped deployment within the institution's own Kubernetes VPC. In production configurations, intercepted AI payloads are evaluated entirely in volatile memory within the customer's network perimeter.
Akretic operates with zero cloud telemetry—no prompt data or audit logs are ever routed to external Akretic servers.
Akretic utilizes minimal, cookieless analytics to maintain platform integrity and measure aggregate site performance. We do not deploy tracking cookies, fingerprint visitors, or engage in behavioral profiling.
Our telemetry practices are engineered in strict alignment with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), and applicable data protection frameworks in jurisdictions where our enterprise clients operate.
