01 - Model Training Policy

Akretic is engineered for customer-controlled data handling. We retain only the minimal operational data required for B2B inquiries. Akretic does not use public-site inquiries or design-partner materials to train foundation models.

Data generated during design-partner engagements is handled according to the relevant agreement, deployment architecture, and review scope.

Q3 design-partner workflow requests may include contact details, role or function, organization, assistant workflow details, retrieval sources, tool surfaces, egress destinations, approval concerns, target timeline, MNDA acknowledgement, timestamp, and standard request metadata such as IP address. Akretic uses that information to qualify and respond to the inquiry.

02 - Customer-Controlled Deployment Scoping

Akretic is designed for customer-controlled deployment profiles. Deployment details, telemetry handling, support access, and evidence retention are scoped in the design-partner or customer agreement and deployment architecture.

For customer-controlled deployments, prompt data and audit logs are handled according to the deployment architecture and governing agreement. Akretic does not intentionally route prompt data or audit logs to Akretic-operated systems unless explicitly agreed for support, review, or managed-service scope.

03 - Website Telemetry

The public Akretic site is operated without advertising pixels, tag managers, retargeting tags, behavioral profiling libraries, or application-level tracking cookies set by Akretic.

Akretic uses Cloudflare for site security, delivery, abuse prevention, and aggregate performance measurement. Cloudflare Web Analytics/Insights may load a Cloudflare beacon and process page-view, request, device, browser, and performance signals needed to operate and improve the site. Akretic does not use this telemetry for cross-site advertising, ad retargeting, or behavioral lead profiling.

Akretic uses Cloudflare Turnstile on public inquiry forms to help distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile may process security and browser signals needed to verify the submission. Inquiry form contents are submitted to Akretic and used to qualify and respond to the inquiry.
