Access to the Akretic Engine documentation and blueprints is strictly for enterprise, financial, and government evaluation purposes.

The architectural blueprints, whitepapers, and technical documentation published on this website are provided solely for the purpose of institutional due diligence and technology evaluation. Redistribution, reverse engineering, or competitive benchmarking of Akretic intellectual property without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Requesting a Shadow Audit or Pilot Program does not constitute a binding deployment contract. All authorized pilots are provided “As-Is” for pre-validation purposes and are subject to Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (MNDAs).

Shadow Audit engagements are scoped, time-bound evaluation exercises designed to validate the Akretic Engine's compatibility with the deploying institution's existing infrastructure. Production deployment terms, service-level agreements, and commercial licensing are negotiated separately upon successful pilot completion. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (MNDAs) and confidential technical addendums are provisioned directly to authorized compliance officers via secure channels following an approved pilot inquiry.

While the Akretic Engine generates cryptographic audit artifacts aligned with SEC Rule 13f-2, the NIS2 Directive, and the EU AI Act (Art. 12), the deploying institution retains ultimate executive accountability for regulatory filings.

Akretic provides technology infrastructure that enables compliance-ready workflows. We do not provide legal, regulatory, or financial advice. The Iron Ledger audit trail and Gate0 deterministic verification are engineering tools — not substitutes for institutional compliance programs, legal counsel, or regulatory reporting obligations.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
