The public Akretic whitepaper is provided for evaluation by security, AI platform, and infrastructure teams.

Non-public technical addendums, deployment-specific diagrams, and NDA-only security materials are not published as public downloads. Those materials are shared only through an approved review path and appropriate review terms.

Requesting a Q3 design-partner workflow review does not constitute a binding deployment contract. Design-partner workflow reviews are scoped evaluation exercises, not production deployment commitments.

Production deployment terms, service-level agreements, and commercial licensing are negotiated separately. NDA-bound technical addendums are provisioned through approved review paths after an accepted design-partner inquiry.

Akretic is designed to generate tamper-evident audit artifacts on supported deployment paths. The deploying institution retains ultimate executive accountability for regulatory filings.

Akretic provides technology infrastructure designed to support reviewable workflows. We do not provide legal, regulatory, or financial advice. The Iron Ledger evidence trail and Gate0 policy decisions are engineering tools - not substitutes for institutional compliance programs, legal counsel, or regulatory reporting obligations.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Waller County, Texas.
